A tall, wide, glass and steel tank stands where the tub was and a
curtain hides the computer from the rest of the room. Julie still
topless stands inside the tank chained to the floor. Barney raises a
ladder out of the tank.

INT. KELIOS LOOKOUT STATION - DAY
The water level in the tank is now down to Julie's shoulders. There
is a drain. Barney has pulled up a chair and sits in front of the
